It's time for the summer slim down

Party was fun. Little kids are noisy :) but we all had a good time together! Brinlee and Raigen loved it. Kennedi and Trevin did pretty good too though with the help of Nate and Gage! What good dads! Anyway, my behind seriously cannot put up with anymore junk food. These holidays have got to stop coming around! It's buckle down time. The warm weather is well on its way. I've gotta get my butt in gear and in shape! Last summer I spent working at South Davis Community Hospital in bountiful for extra hours and to stay busy. I think for this one, if hired, I'm gonna work at the Ogden Athletic Club. Maybe it'll get me into some good fitness habits....or, thats the idea at least! I just faxed in my application. Now I just have to wait and see....! Anyway I'm at work right now, my lunch break is about over, 4 more hours of shot clinic and then I'm outta here :) It's a beautiful day, and a relaxed week, what more could I ask for?
