The Infamous Weekend

Monday morning 9am. I've already been at school for an hour, taken a physiology test, and confirmed my spot as a physiology lab instructor for either summer or fall. Yesterday, was Sunday..you may have guessed that since thats the norm ;) My lesson went surprisingly well. It was a rough one to prepare. King Benjamin says things pretty straight forward so I didn't really know what to add. But what I came up with seemed to go well! So, I'm grateful for that!
We had tacos (my favorite) for dinner. And, like most weeks, everybody came over from about 7-11pm. We ended up having family time in the backyard around the fire pit. It was so fun, the little kids all dressed in their hoods and such. They looked like gangsters. It was cute though! Nothin like the overwhelming smell of a campfire after you're done with it is there? Anyway it was fun though to have everyone over. Trevin is getting so big--the kid laughs his little heart out, I promise if you saw him, you'd be sold! Cute little guy. Hallie and Raigen are still little as ever. Rai Rai is definitely independent but man she's skinny. She just can't eat enough to keep up with the metabolism her daddy gave her! Kennedi is very fond of her discovery of the word 'hi' so, thats pretty funny. She likes to accompany that with a wave every now and again too. Brinlee is the biggest coolest and oldest. She's kind of a punk when she wants to be--but overall she's a sweet and funny little person! Anyway--Nate and Joni still haven't closed on their house. They're frustrated with it, but really they can't do much to keep the ball rolling. Kenna and Gage are supposed to close on their house today--so they'll do some fixin up on the new place and then move in at the end of May.
Travis wasn't with all of us yesterday. He went to Logan to hang out with 'his woman'. Her name is Caitlyn, and I have no idea how she spells it. Anyway Travis met her through some other girls he knows, and he swears she's the one. She spent last sunday at our house, and he spent this sunday up there with her. So--further reports of that may come later!.....Or, if she turns out like the rest of the girls he's dated, I probably won't mention her again.
Nate's had a triump of a semester. Instead of Failing he reports he'll be getting 2 A's, a B, and a C. NOT BAD!! Mom and Travis are glad to be almost done. One more semester and they'll both graduate, and leave me here- how cool is that. Mom is also staying busy making plans for our Hawaii Vacation in July. I'll leave it to her, she's great at doing things on a budget :) It'll be cool because, I've never been!

Anyway, weather is great today..and is supposed to stay this way for the next couple days.
Man, summer is comin' up quickly and I'm more than ready to face it ;)
One more test!!!!!!!! Hopefully tomorrow I'll get it done and then enjoy my time off.

Oh yeah one other thing. Saturday night Mike, Me, Janae, Rachel (her friend), Charlie, and Kyle, and Charlie's little sisters all watched 'The Seeker' at her house- odd odd odd movie. But, we had some fun conversations following! It was cool to just do some low key things, chit chat, and just enjoy our weekend as friends. So anyway, overall- great weekend, as for the week ahead, I don't expect it'll be too bad.
