Mother's Day!

Yesterday I woke up to the realization that Lindsay and Kyle were blessing Hallie in my home ward today! So I got up in a frantic rush to get dressed and over to the church by 9am. (Hard to do since I've had 1pm church for so long!) I did make it though, and Kyle gave a beautiful blessing. I think between most of us girls writing it down we got most of what was said, which reminds me, I need to get those papers out and combine what we all wrote....
Anyway, after their sacrament meeting, I went home to finish up my lesson prep. Let me just tell you, its hard to keep straight who lives where and who went where sometimes. It was the whole, Land of Lehi Nephi, King Zeniff, King Limhi, Ammon, King Benjamin, King Mosiah I & II, Land of Zarahemla. But man, if nothing else, I finally have it straight in my mind. I presented it all to the class in a way I never have before. They all seemed upbeat and eager to participate, so thank goodness! It went ok! Moral of the story was, Follow the Prophet :)
Lindsay and Kyle had all the family over for a BBQ. Man it was tasty! After a long family fast--a burger and a variety of salads really did the trick..in fact i had a burger, and a tasty piece of italian chicken, AND a peanut butter bar, and a drink...and--well i'll stop there to keep some dignity. Long story short, I came away full ;)
About 7pm everybody (with the exception of Kenna, Gage, and Trevin) came back to our house for the traditional sunday get together. It was fun! We realized that we don't know what we'll do once everybody has another baby...but we'll figure it out won't we!
I talked to Mike--he was so loving having family pictures taken in Hawaii! Story goes that they went to more than one location.. But thats good cause now they're all done and the pictures can go down in history. He'll be happy about it later! He leaves there Tuesday I think, but won't get back here to Utah until Wednesday afternoon. I suppose I'll see him then, but then again he might be wiped out from traveling so, I'll let those chips fall as they may.
More training runs in store for me this week. But nothing like Saturday so it should be very do-able.

Anyway---if you haven't take a look at Linds, Kenna, and Nate's blog. They're alot more colorful than my own, but rightly so! They have families to talk about- Me, I'm still flying solo :) XOXO
