Our Weekend last weekend

This weekend was fun :) Friday night we spent over at Nate and Joni's house and Mike taught us all how to play RISK! He dominated the game in the end but Nate put up a good fight. Joni, Myself, and K more or less just enjoyed watching. We treated ourselves to chocolate satin pie and ice cream to reward ourselves for wearing our brains out trying to think up the best strategy for world domination :) It was delicious.

Anyway...Saturday came and Mike decided it was time to cut off his shag.

And here is our end result! He does such a great job doesn't he?!

Then....after the haircut, he was ready to take me on a date to see Avatar 3D. He was so embarrassed to stop and take a picture by the Avatar poster outside with me but I thought it would be a fun memory so he did what a wonderful husband does and went along with it anyway :) So here is our memory of our Avatar experience. 3D glasses and all!

P.S. I had an interview for a job today. Thats a good thing right? Who knows if I'll get it but at least it made me feel like I'm being proactive about this whole unemployment thing :)

My life is great, mostly because of all the fabulous people I get to spend it!
