After months of waiting and anticipation...GRADUATION came!

The day came and went! (Just as they said it would.) I graduated from the WSU/DATC Nursing program. It was a long road, but with blood (not necessarily my own!), sweat, and tears, sleepless nights and plenty of anxiety, I made it! It was rigorous and trying but WE OVERCAME! I'll miss my associations with my classmates, but I'll get over not having to go to school! Hopefully we can keep in a touch and see eachother on occasion in a more relaxed setting! Our pinning ceremony was held at Wolf Creek in Eden. It was very nice and full of meaning for those of us graduating. It was a flood of wonderful feelings of success and opportunity. Here are a few pictures from an EVENT I will always remember :)

Before it started--me and the graduation program (that has MY name in it!)
Getting my diploma from the WSU chair of Nursing!
Nancy Kuncl, my favorite pharmacology teacher,
Pinning me with my R.N. pin! Yay.
On my way back to my seat with evidence of my new found freedom :)
Adios Weber State Curriculum, Hello Life!
Sitting with my classmates for the last time,
it was a bitter sweet moment.
My biggest supporter givin' me his congratulations!
He's the one that kept me together all those days that I was sure I had to give up.
I couldn't have done it without him! Love you Mike..
Me and my MOM, the one that told has always told me I COULD DO IT!
The one who always told me to take it a day at a time. (GREAT advice by the way)
The one who always told me to BECOME!
My sister Cassidy and I...my only sibling support at graduation.
THANKS CASS! You're the BEST.
Mike's parents came to show their congrats too.
I was so grateful to have them there.
It's awesome to see what a support system I have in my family!
Thanks MOM and DAD Coombs.
My dad had to work and was unable to attend but he told me he was proud of me more than once the day of. He made me feel great about what I've accomplished and made sure I felt special. He was sorry to miss it, but I want him to know that it's no big deal. He cheered me on as much as anyone has all along my journey to "RN hood". THANKS DADDIO!
SO...I'M FINISHED...WHAT NOW?
TIME WILL TELL (AS IT ALWAYS DOES!)
SEEEEEEEEEE YA :)
